- Receive the data from 3PLs and confront it with the internal information, to understand if the charges are correct, using queries in SQL and creating tools in Python
- Dive deep analysis to identify root cause, bringing solutions to issues
- Understand and look to solve the root causes of issues in a PDCA flow
- Download internal reports using SQL, manipulating the data with SQL or Python
- Create scalable and transparent reporting mechanisms
- Work and connect with intelligence and BI teams to insure all the correct technologies and data are available to make the analysis correct and ontime
- Drive continuous improvement of solutions with the external and internal suppliers
- Engage key stakeholders and participate in monitoring/developing insightful reports that will be used to control CPO
- Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage those plans.
- Experience writing highly optimized, advanced SQL queries for large datasets;
- Analytical background with ability to process complex data sets using Excel and SQL (Python is a plus);
